Why Healthy Food is Important

It is important to eat healthy foods like Fruits and Vegetables. It's important to eat dark green and orange vegetables including beans and peas. It is important that you don't drink a lot of Fruit Juices since you can't get as much protein and there's more chemicals in it rather than just eating the fruit by itself. It's normal to eat at least 3 ounces of whole grain bread and other healthy foods.

Good Food

Unhealthy food is horrible for the body. For example Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil is one of them. It is 69% Coconut fat. It's also 92% saturated fat. This is found in Pringles and can be unhealthy for the body. All junk foods like Sour Patch and Tootsie Rolls have Trans Fat which is the worst fat your body can have since your body can never get rid of it.
